Update

Hello,

Sorry I haven't updated this in a while. We don't have any new ultrasounds....We haven't had one since the last one I posted. We visited the new doctor...I think we like him...He is pretty odd, very knowledgable, but he uses very 'colorful' language.

The evening sickness has stopped. She isn't as picky as she used to be. She missed her favorite jeans, so a couple of weeks ago we got her some pregnancy jeans. She loves them!!

We told her students yesterday. I brought in doughnut holes and gave each student 2....There were 4 types: chocolate, powdered, glazed, and glazed cakes. After distributing the holes, I talleyed up how many of each kind were selected. I think chocolate was 2 boys, powdered was 2 girls, and the glazed were 1 of each. I think the 2 girls 'won', but I forgot what 'powdered' meant!!

She is starting to show....I'll see if I can get her to post some ppictures of her belly.

That's all for now.

Ultrasounds from December 29, 2004 A.D.

We had another ultrasound on December 22......The images were not very interesting and didn't look much different than these taken on December 29. Here are a few of the good ones. It is amazing the detail you can see during the live scan. We could see individual fingers, the spine, and (using a little imagination) figure out the orientation in space.

We have been really spoiled by the first doctor. We have been getting ultrasounds every 10-14 days. We probably won't have another ultrasound until the 16th week (about a month from now). Our first doctor also allows patients to bring in a video tape to record the ultrasound. The new doctor probably won't do that.

She is feeling better...The little bouts of nausea are subsiding. Her belly is beginning to expand. I can't believe how much has changed in the past 2 weeks.

She is still sensitive to foods...I tried to feed her chicken lo mein dish with garlic and scallions a couple of days ago...She couldn't stand the smell of it...PBJ sounded much better. She is still craving potatoes....mostly baked.

That's all for now!
