Things are going great here...Although she is a little tired, she feels good otherwise. The distance to the floor seems to be increasing exponentially. Her shoes and socks are getting more difficult to put on each day.
We has our 'genetic counseling' appointment earlier this week....That's an hour I'll never get back!!! What a waste of time....We HAD to do this in order to have our level II ultrasound. They basically drew a family tree back 2 generations and asked if we were related. The first scheduled scan was scheduled on the first day of an important state test. At first they said the next possible appointment would be in mid April....The 16 week scan would be at 26 weeks!!! We might as well be in Canada! I'm starting to understand why mu European colleagues complain about the access to healthcare in the US. After a little complaining, they squeezed in an appointment for March 11. I'll post all the results as soon as I get home.
Everything is on track for the new house. We close on March 14.....We have tenants for the old house all lined up...The are planning on moving in on April 1...I am so relieved it won't go unrented, but we have to get our act together and get out quick. The goal is to move almost everything the weekend following the closing (March 19 and 20).
